Hey

All O2 online users. Try your local store. I was very p!ss*d off with o2 and was gonna phone up and cancel to try and get phone now, or if they wouldn't would switch to Orange. But i thought I would give the store a chance and luckily they restored my faith in o2. The basically renewed my online contract there and then and let me walk out the store with the phone. Not even paying a penny or waiting for postage. Staff were good too, and now I am a happy o2 customer again.

P.S. Store was Livingston in Scotland

Pleber are your details on the website as ordered etc?

Rang then to confim, upgrade had no record, Cancellations confirmed it was going through today.

Anyone else who has just ordered and are on O2 online?

Am I guessing that it's now available to upgrade to on o2 then? Or have all of you threatened to cancel to get them to process your upgrade?

I've been waiitng for a couple of months now and don't mind waiting a week more, but no further!!

Cheers

I upgraded to a K750i the day O2 released them. I only threatened to leave when they wanted to charge me £50 but they never said I couldn't do it. In the end my threat to take my PAC number over to Orange meant I got the phone for nothing

Im getting a bad feeling about this, it should show by now if everybodies was pretty instant.

I did the old 'cancel' trick to get them to order it, hmmmm.

All i can see was my old E700 order from April last year, if it isnt showing now it obviously hasnt been ordered has it?

Gutted.

Has anyone else who's upgraded on O2 been charged a £60 upgrade fee (on top of the handset price) - 'apparently' because I'm a Band A low-usage customer. I rarely go over my £20 a month tariff.

Is that right?

My Tarrif is Online 200, go over now and again.

Charged nothing for phone or upgrade.

tazgalsinh

Had my e mail confirmation now, though I bet they will go out of stock as per previous comment.

Bah!!!

What does my head in is they keep them for new customers but they'll lose existing due to being totally stingy with them!

I managed to upgrade this afternoon. I had phoned the upgrade line but was told it wasn't available. I told the girl to go and find someone that would do what I wanted because I knew it could be done. She phoned the cancellations department and put me thru to them who sorted it all out- free upgrade. I think the people in there must be on commission to keep you with o2.
