White magic display will help to reduce power consumption.Its a very good innovation.When we compare it with other displays(like XS),will there be any difference,(like picture quality ) while watching movie or picture.
I was thinking about the best display Xperia has...what do u think?
1. Xperia V
2. Xperia S
3. Xperia ion
4. Xperia T
5. Xperia P

BTW, I noticed the 2012 thread didn't have as much posts as 2011. Newbie here, so can anyone say why? Lost some fans after the Sony Ericsson buyout?
But it looks like the 2013 thread will beat both 2011 and 2012.  |

As of now there is no news/rumor of a Sony WP8 device. So most probably no Windows Sony phone at least for 2013. |

For me, if money ain't a problem I'd buy the Xperia V. I can also go for T, but I prefer V. Anyway, hopefully, the V would get the 4.1 update by January. By February, Odin and Yuga would be announced, probably even with 4.2. But 4.2 seems to be just an update of 4.1, so 4.1 would be good enough. Also, there's a high chance that V would also get the 4.2 update anyway. By April, when the devices gets launched, you'd probably have the 4.2 update if I ain't dreaming too much. And since randomuser said that there wouldn't be much of a big improvement in those devices compared to 2012's, I'd rather wait for the real deal of the 2H devices while you have the Xperia V. Just my two cents.
All these suggests that 2H devices will be more powerful and superior than the 1H devices....so it isn't a bad idea to wait for another 3-4 months..moreover i remember randomuser saying "Wait until July/August 2013 for a Truly unique and exciting Sony Xperia Smartphone".......

By the time H2 devices are available everything will suggest that that the H1 2014 devices will be a lot better.
There is no way to keep up with technology unless you have the money to buy a new phone every 5 to 6 months. |

Of course, it's just that the 2H 2013 devices are worth the wait than buying the 1H devices if they really do have the "big improvements" we've been waiting. |
