Yep...
On Pre Pay the prices of the handset are only slightly cheaper too... Which makes me think buying direct from Apple is better especially as they will be SIMFREE...

confirmed by an apple rep. All units being shipped around will be 'standard' I.e. Pay as you go, units at the apple stores and units at any of the carriers....they are sealed in China and dispatched to U.K, there are no 'taylored' units for each of the carriers.

Cheers for that... It is probably easier to manage and deal with especially all the UK network having the phone when it comes to warranty issues...

We will see re: sim free. Seems strange that apple would allow operators to undercut them on price when they never have done before.
Am just happy I purchased mine for delivery and having it delivered on the 24th lol. |
