don't believe all you hear from SE suppor desk people, they are giving the line they think is right to give, if you look earlier in this thread you will see a response on the SE blog that there is something planned going forward, I could care less about eq...........what i want is more volume and mega base, don;t need EQ tbh |

You don't need EQ but MegaBass is one of the EQ settings. Ironic. |

not on all devices, the fact that it is included as a setting on an EQ is one thing, it is normally a setting in it's own right, I don't really care, just stating what i want either way |

@larry68 check out www.davinciteam.org. They have the older firmware and you can go back. I flashed older firmware after the upgrade hacked the phone and upgraded again. The vivaz hack stayed and is in fact a little better. The floating panel with the music etc now has a small button so that in can me minimized. Unfortunately davinci is not free but it is well worth the price. |

I have just notyfied the Helloox Team about the problem of hacking the new firmware,
if you are experiencing the same problem write it to helloox and ask them to solve this problem asap.

Just noticed that the speakerphone volume is improved after the update. Generally it feels faster and seems to respond quicker. Time will tell. Have not tried recording in wvga though the option is present. The included facebook app is a disaster completely unusable. The hacked nokia version that I got from satioworld is miles better. The biggest noticeable improvement for me is with the vivaz homescreem which has been tweaked and and the flash looks smoother. The phone has to be hacked before the update to get this working. |

Me too, I've emailed  before formating it.
I noticed last night that the phone stops you taking pictures when the battery is low. I'm not sure if this has been added or not.
