can you put walkman ver 2 in k800i just by extracting it to w880?

How did you do this? Id like to have the K750 animated 'sending message' icon. The static image is too flat for me. do you also have animated k750 sending message icon that is resized for the k800i.? TIA. |

no. Walkman is embedded in main firmware.

One cannot survive on just a business phone alone - no WiFi on the BB Pearl (its back in storage).

true point, and why I keep a cell like K750 or now the K800 as my main phone rather than my xda-mini, which while a smartphone, has a really crap camera and is clunky as an mp3 player whereas K800 just blows it away in those areas.

se-nse have some info about that. basically in the jar file is a skins folder. In the skins folder is a kdi and a kds file. The kds file is a text file (can open with notepad) that specifies background colours borders and things like that. The kdi file is a png file that includes all the skin graphics.
