It's probably been linked here already, and if it has, i apologise, but this was a great read:

MR is saying that the W960i DOES have the same accelerometer as the W910i, which means it has the same vertical/horizontal adjustment feature, and the shake control.
He also indicated an october launch, a more respectable launch price of around 600 euro's.
He seemed very impressed by it, and I can't wait till we start to see some reviews about it.
There's also this extended youtube preview of the W960i which i stumbled across on youtube, not sure if it's been posted here either. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=asOg-5CAjq8
More and more, this is truly sounding like a dream phone, I can't wait!
No, not written that reviews' link. Tnx!
By the way if thw 960 is really up to 600euro after launching it will be gergous!! The bluettoth stereo headset is quite expensive seperate cause it's the last model..+all the super multimedia features+symbian etc. etc. etc. from w960 will be fantastic in that price..! Yes SE! Thats the n1 phone for that year for me.. Just don't give him too big proce! 600euro for start is quite nice!
Love w960
P.S don't search in it super camera features.. it's smart phone+latest walkman and multimedia features all in one+huge touchscreen and nice desighn.. Why should I buy k850 for 600euro with it's 5mx cmos when I have Panasonic TZ3 - 7.2mpx CCD+10x optical zoom+3"display and optical stabilization.. COOL!

See the previous page! max QVGA res in 15fps according to the networks transmiting speed.. Still can be used as normal camera with vga res.. I think thats the true(same as previous similar models with front vga)
I think now the most important for w960 is it's price.. It's a brilliant phone for me and only the price (if it's >650euro) can stopp me, but as it says everywhere the launch price will be~600euro.. thats good..
Here, in Bulgaria w950 is already 300euro(sim-free)! So I highly suggest the w960 will be not so so expensive(well, we all hope so!)
So, come october.. pls come with my new w960!!

Defintley a typo. Video is QVGA 15FPS and 30fps for QCIF and lower resolutions.
GSM arena have made a lot of typos recently. The other most recent one is saying that all the new Razr2's have "high quality mpeg4 video capture" when in fact the only one out of them that does have that feature is the v9m which isnt even for Europe.

Ppl! See this:
SIP VoIP –
Free application from OptiMobile
fring™ – Free mobile VoIP software allowing users to talk & IM via W960's internet connection to other mobile phones and PC-based services such as Skype®, Google Talk™, MSN® Messenger, SIP and Twitter, at no extra cost.
Free application from fringland Ltd.
Thats from the w960' whitepaper - 61page with the list of some 3rd party aplications support!!
As I knew there was a problems using skype trough Symbian UIQ3 phones.. Now it's written that w960 fully supports fring-one of the most popular all-in one VoLP software!
All the users in the fring.com non-stop asks for new fring, thath will support uiq3.. And now this info from the
Lol! And jsut now saw this in the P1's whitepaper!:
Skype – Voice over IP application
that lets the user make mobile phone
calls over the Internet.
Try and buy application that can be downloaded to the phone
using a Web link in the phone.
I'm a bit confuesd! Some one can explain cause I can't! I only hopes thats all will be true when p1 and w960 launched..

To everyone who wonders about battery capabilty the battery in the w960i is thinner than the one in p1i. Therefore the w960i fits into a p1i but not the other way round.
I just tried putting the battery of my p1c into my w960i and the battery lid was not closeable. Even though this is not the final HW version of w960i I don't believe they would make such big changes now.
Sry Guys, If it's a comfort for you I haven't had problems with the battery length at all, It's better than my reference phone, the w950i, in many ways.
The only thing is that the Walkman 3.0 seems to spend more battery power than WM 2.0..

It's quite strange cause in the P1's whitepaper is written that the phone supports bst-33, or with other words bst-33 and bst-40 have to be with same sizes=>automatically bst-40 should be supported by w960.. As u said that Maybe isn't the last hardware config for the w960, so we hope there will possibility for using the bigger one - 1120mah bst-40..
Instead of everything, written on a paper w960 performs quite good even with 900mah batt, 27hours of music playing is damn good I think.. zeppelindog what makes u thinking the way u written? Or maybe these 27hours, written in the paper are different, lower value in a test..?
If I can ask-What is the overall menu's performance? I meen is it fast enough, is there any main problems that can dely the w960 launch?
Thanks.

As I wrote before the battery for W960i is thinner, which makes it fit into the p1i, but not the other way round. If you don't get it then, plz don't bother to ask again.
I would say that the W960i is stable, and would definitly be ready for launch when expecetd

Sry, I did not understand exactly your words in your previous post.. here is 23:20 and I'm a bit sleepy.. sry again
If I can ask something different, I think important(cause many many uiq users wanna use skype without problems, and as we all know thats impossible for now, there is no skype ver. for uiq or fring(or etc program) for uiq) BUT I saw sometinhg highly interesting in the P1's sheet and I copied it in my previous post(previous page). In the p1's whitepaper is written in the 3rd party aplications support list: Skype-Voice over IP application
that lets the user make mobile phone
calls over the Internet.
Try and buy application that can be downloaded to the phone
using a Web link in the phone.
And in the w960's whitepaper: SIP VoIP –
Free application from OptiMobile
fring™ – Free mobile VoIP software allowing users to talk & IM via W960's internet connection to other mobile phones and PC-based services such as Skype®, Google Talk™, MSN® Messenger, SIP and Twitter, at no extra cost.
Free application from fringland Ltd.
It's quite strange, cause there is no official skype and fring for uiq3, but good in the same time! I think some more info(if u have permisions to talk specially for that apps/support) about that will be highly interesting for all of us - SE fans
Thanks in advance.
Cheers.

Great review from MR, really helps you make up your mind. I'm glad the W960i has an accelerometer - the menus must look really impressive.
