In Samsung phones, only 9201 works. It doesn't respond to 8080. |

Hi
i use 6230i thru bluetooth connection. When i try to dial it says Error 678. the remote computer did not respond!!
wat culd be the prob.. plz help |

Even i am gettin ppp link error.And i have registered of course by callin cc.They must not be allowin to connect since service is only for airtel site. Somebody plz tell me wat to do.I am on 6600,so the spartan airtel live method is not workin as it does not dial 2nd acc |

Somebody was askin abt free sms.Well there are a couple of methods.One is to download a java app smsbox.It registers your no and sends u password.You can send limited amount of free sms.But nevermind,next time giv friend's no,jus ask him password he recieved,and u can use his no! This is great for pranks too.Imagine from your mobile u can send sms from unlimited nos! It uses gprs to send sms. |

Yes. This method works perfectly(infact even better than Airtel Live) using APN airtelwap.com. I am accessing internet using my Airtel Online subscription. Just dial and configure proxy ip & port in ur browser (use Firefox or Opera)and u r done. |

I think either u have used a wrong connection string or *99***2# to dial. 99***2# doesn't work on majority of Nokia Phones(especially WAP 2.0) |

Hi ronny123,
Welcome to Esato!
Usally ppp error comes for authentication issues. But one thing, I was also a user of 6600 and I bought 6630 5 days ago. Before that, I had no problems to get authenticated. Only problem was whenever I was trying to access other sites, I was getting "Forbidden Error" in 6600 using airtelfun.com APN. So I was using airtelwap.com APN to connect and it was working perfectly(now also iam using that).
Now, first of all, are u able to browse Airtel Live Portal on your phone?
Anyways, I will try other methods on my 6600 and post you the results. |

Ok i have been tryin various things,will post u details. Ya apn is airtelfun.com.I use brute force method for connectin to wap via cell. Wen tryin to connect to pc,errors like link to remote comp was terminated come |

Usin airtel wap i cant conn to airtel site itself on cell so i doubt it will work on pc.It comes check gprs settin |

Have u tried the above method? It's very important.To continue, you must be able to establish a dialup connection. It's very easy to get full gprs in pc than in phone.
airtelwap.com APN is only for Airtel Online & Net On Phone subscribers. I am a subscriber of Airtel Online and I now feel that have wasted my Rs.150/- subscription charges.
