HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUCCIMAN!
I see what you mean about it just looks good. But hey,for me that 50% of the task of a good OS.
S60 has everything you could possibly ask for,but hey,it looks like shit.
iPhone is thin on specs, but it looks good and is super fantastic.
For me specs are'nt the be all and end all.
A good example is the Ubuntu OS.It is bareboned but sexy enough to make you love it.

Thanx Hobbs
Yah, different strokes for different folks i guess lol. I like the simple look, if you saw my 5800xm you wouldnt think it belonged to a smartphone fan, until you looked in the apps folder. Im using the default Sound Waves (Red) theme, thats the one you see on all the reviews and ads, with the black background, homescreen is the default one with the 4 shortcuts at the top (Messaging, Music Player, Bluetooth and Ovi Store). I just like the default look of NOKIA's S60v5, its simple, not too much going on, but like that underneath the simplicity is a smartphone that can do tons of things eg. Being able to watch a live press event without touching a PC, watching a review from YouTube on my TV via TV-Out, running my fav apps at once, being able to customize my apps to run the way i want: from where they dump their cache to what gets left on RAM etc. . .lol, and its all in this average looking music phone.
The new WM seems to have stripped a lot of that away, i get sick of all the bling after a while and just want it to work. Give me an iPhone for a week, i guarantee il be trying hard to hunt down an all black theme (keeping the icons the same) ,and trying to turn off all the special effects lol.
