Thanks it says 8mb is available, not sure what i can do with pipex though. I have to ring them on Friday to pay this £140, but i'm with them until October, maybe if i play hell they will let me just pay it and leave early.

I don't want to though it'll take forever on the speed i am on. I've been on the same speed for nearly two years and pay £70 every 3 months but on the website it says you can get 8mb for around £15 a month so why haven't i been upgraded. I pay more for a lower speed. I hope they'll just let me pay this £140 and move somewhere else, going to have to play hell with them and blind them with the law lol.

Can i without getting charged, oh yes please! I'm just trying to find my password put the paperwork in a locked box (safe place) and i lost the key for it lol.
Have you got a link that says that in writing at all because i've googled and not found anything definitive, if your right i love you soooo much.

once you go over your 1st 12 months it's just on a rolling basis...
they shit 30 mins ago so don't be phoning them!

Don't worry i ain't phoning them not a chance i've sent an email saying i'll pay the £140 but i want my mac code within 7 days lol. I can't find my password, got my username through the router but the password was .......... so i can't see it lol, grr!

You do to log into your account online, i know the username just not the password, thought there would be cancellation details in there if i logged in grr! It's silly why can't you change it to something you'll remember instead of random letters.

I ain't phoning them and getting put on hold, i'll write them a letter giving them however many days to provide me with my mac code. They obviously can't get any money from me which is why they rang me up so i'm in control, you give me a mac code, you get your money once i have it lol. Doubt they'll have any of it but a girl can try.
