1st. count me in sa petition. i like GOwin's idea of soliciting signature.
2nd. mahaba to hihinga ako... GO! anak ng teteng! who best determine good customer service than the customers thenselves. HELLO!!! i'm a customer and smartnet is damn good! and what is this crap that  will hire a foreign cs? wake up! no amount of cs can patch 's lack of customer relation, foreign or otherwise. do they really expect by hiring a cs they will be out of the job of handling customers? because if that is the case, i will personally write to intl. and tell them to abolish phils. and hire a bunch of cs. and if they are into marketing, man! you have been stumped & duped by nokia by aggresive ad campaigns while you are all eating lunch. in that sense, what is phils. all about? i have seen people making mistakes after the other. this only proves that it can also happen to companies.
