Camera Driver 3.10 seems to reduce the amount of noise generated when lighting isn't so great.

@govi - She was wearing pants, whose color was flesh-toned. But even in person, the pants' color looks too much like that of human skin. I myself had to take a second look at the lady before I could be certain she was wearing something.

I did a photoshop to increase the brightness just to make sure and i still couldnt make out that she was wearing flesh colored pants or tights
