how about an offline signature drive?

if we can have volunteers who can standby at the smartnet office, and explain to the ericsson/sony-ericsson walk-in clients about our petition (and of course explain that we are not employees of smartnet), maybe have a laptop setup for esato browsing, particularly the PCC. maybe we can generate more support for our petition?

volunteers can group themselves by 4-5 persons, and stay for 2-3 hours at a time, then another group can take over.

any takers? pwede ako ng afternoon ng saturday, (teka, we should ask permission from them to "loiter" in their premises )

@arnoldc:if its bad customer service then semicon is at fault too... More people have been complaining about semicon as compared to smartnet. Unless its a business strategy to give service center monopoly to semicon who charges an arm and a leg for repairs and upgrades

@fxyvxn, your guess is as good as mine. ang sa akin is that smartnet gets the job done, fast and even if we complain a lot to them, they tend to improve.

@arnoldc/ food for thought lang-is it a way of discouraging grey units from entering the market since smartnet offers reasonable rates compared to the P1650 semicon charges for non warrantied units? This wont be prevention but encouragement for SE users to bring their phones to gh.

@gowin: i guess Youre right. But maybe the proliferation of unauthorized service points of nokia and siemens was brought about by not only the popularity of phones but exorbitant prices of authorized service points. SE is fast bec popular too:-) alam mo naman ang pinoy magaling magnegosyo:-D
