Hi!
I have a T68i version R2E... It was bought mid last year. Can I still avail of a free upgrade to R7*?
Also, will the phonebook memory and other settings be erased during upgrade?
Please advise.

@Jaded- SW upgrade is complimentary if your unit still has warranty. check your O.R

same here, pls add my name to the list.
I was very happy with the service provided last Saturday when I had my P800 upgraded to R2F. Not only that, they were able to identify the correct version of the T68i I had- something the other service points were not able to do. I know I can always count on Smart net for FAST and efficient service. |

Nope, 3 day weekend.. yeahh.
Kilala kita tr1xt3r. Hahaha. Very proud P800 user. 
People, pano pag wala yung resibo/warranty ng T68i? Di kasi sakin yung phone. Pwede pa rin i-upgrade? Doing a favor for somebody else coz I recommended that buggy phone.. Well, R2E is buggy.

sorry, we dont have the LCD for the t65.

if ur units came from authorized distributors and the warranty seals are not tampered with, then warranty will be honored as long as it falls under the warranty period of 1 yr. basis will be the manufactured date or the official receipt.

no updates for motorola units as of now. software is pretty stable.

we have mineral gray faceplate but there are still no info yet regarding the adriatic blue. will keep u posted if we manage to get hold of the adriatic blue faceplates.

not yet, as of now, we think the new update is to correct bugs.

@brit-so kung wala naman problema, wag na pa-upgrade no? nababawasan kaya yung frequency ng 10 sec. ekek? may expert na nagsabi na gumanda daw yung resolution ah, tututs ba yun?
