The website is in China's language but it said that it has photo comparison amongst Nokia N82, Sony Ericsson K850 and Motorola ZN5.
I think the photos are photoshoped cuz they're too identical (see in her expression).
But I think I still need confirmation from someone else.
Thanks.
Havr read the posts and I do not think that those photos are photoshopped. The threadstarter just snapped and asked forumers for judgement. Answer is 1st picture is from N82, 2nd from k850 and last one from ZN5. Yes although I did saw the preview photos taken by ZN5 as well, but the picture might be from final or announced firmware. |

That means ZN5 outperformed K850 and N82? I can't believe... |

I remember the P990 was really buggy at one time then when I bought one it was fine. Hopefully there will come a stage over the next few months where SE fixes all the software related faults on the K850.
so its safe to get this phone now?
No I dont think so but im hoping in a few months it should be.
mate, when you say a few months, are we looking at q3 of 08? or q4? LOL.
I might get c702 and w980 if that's the case. |

Guys, I currently have W910 but I'm extremaly disappointed by it's speed. I'm thinking about switching to k850. Is it faster? From extensive tests I've performed I can tell that K750 is sometimes 10x faster in Java applications than w910. How is k850?
Also I would appreciate if you did a little flash speed test. Just download this file
http://www.wrzuta.pl/other/file/xmLriQEbE0/speedtest.swf
and set it as your wallpaper. Please post your results here.
Mine are:
without music playing: ~13 fps
with music playing: ~8 fps |

Just did the speedtest on a K850i (green with latest FW) and got ~20 fps without music and with music ~13.
I find the K850i on the latest firmware very stable and fast. You also could go for the C902, I tried both phones out and find the C902 a little bit faster, but the pictures aren't any better (K850i has better flash).
My operator gave me the choice and I sticked with my K850 because of the stability of the latest firmware and the design. So yes I think you should take the K850.

I've got 22fps, 14fps without music on R1FA035.
And my phone tooks 15 seconds to boot-up. In previous firmware (R1EA037) it tooks 25 seconds. And R1EA037 with music playing makes OperaMini walk like a turtle. Everyday always had a restart, underexposure flash pic...
The problem is gone in R1FA035, I don't notice a slowdown when using OperaMini. Flash pic is brighter. I'm quite happy now.

im looking into trading my g900 for k850(till c905 comes out)either in velvet blue or quicksilver im liking the quicksilver..
my g900 is about a month and 2weeks or so old..screen is great only the camera lens has 2 or so scratches on it - which still takes good pics..
the reason why i want a k850 temporarily is because its got a great flash(ive been goin out clubbing heaps lately so the xenon will come in handy
lataz all
