Immigrants is why US is such a great country. Immigrants is why US is number 1 economy in the world. Diversity generates creativity. There would not have had such great economic growth in Europe during the later half of the 20th century if it wasn't for immigrants. Kuwait would not be so rich without immigrants. Racists have nothing that supports their claims - only isolated brains.
Anyway, why did this thread change focus from the war. Oh yes, because Saddam has been one of the biggest racists. It is a good thing the Coalition finally went after him to prevent repeating the history of European dictators and fascists. Finally there is a stop to Saddam's genocide of Shi'ites and Kurds.

Then it was becoz Saddam was an 'evil' man
Then it was becoz of the oppression of his ppl..
Ther r many countries, who's people are oppressed by ther leaders, for longer periods than Saddam and Iraq.
So what gave it the right to go into Iraq, WITHOUT UN backing ?

Im going to admit to not reading through all of this forum, but can I just mention that the majority of the UK public does not back the war, and this appears to be the same in america, so it is not the nation that are warmongering law breakers, just the leaders.

I as an American just want to clear up what you said. As an American your right I dont want war. But also as an American I can tell I love our troops and I support them. I cant tell you how horrible it was when they announced a member of my community died in Iraq. I didnt know the person but the sadness was real.
I'll also say this... I really dont understand hatred, racism, etc.

The US had the right to attack Saddam when he started violating the cease fire signed after the Gulf War 1991.
Yes, war is a terrible thing and should be avoided. Living in the US and Sweden I can tell you that the majority of the people now support the war. The US tried to resolve it the diplomatic way but obviously it did not work.

Ppl support ther troops because they are british troops, and ther is no way that U wudnt support ur country in ne type of war..
As for the inspections, they were working fine until the US invaded, isnt that Y the US cudnt get a resolution giving them the rite to use force from the UN ?
