It's all same camera hardware... ? Hmm, I recall there's been a time like this before but not so sure which year...
Anyway, it's disappointing... my long wait is just to feel sad.
Its all gonna be "AI AI AI AI" |

Hope display brightness, system cooling, UFS 4 as well as up micro sd transfer speed improve as well! Also, I think Sony AI for computational photography should do very well. ( they likely have the capability ) |

Funny from the same company that is against all this when it comes to their 📷.
Sales gonna be A.I as well.
"Already inferior".
Isnt there anyone to say " making phone worse than previous does not help" ?
It is pointless to reduce cost if revenue is reduced as well.
There is no way this phone sells more than Mark 2 or 5. Gonna be failure like 3 and 4.
Can we know why some ppl just post fake info on weibo instead of not saying anything? I do not understand the purpose.

So, since model numbers and code names stay, it seems the naming rule will too? |

@spek, you can already tell ppl that 10 series is gonna lose the 54mm cam in favor of digital zoom that does not work properly like 5v. |

it is on internet photo of a case, the cam cutout is clearly like 5v and there is no cam button. |

The reason xperia 5v hasn't got a telephoto is because the new exmor t sensor takes a lot of space pbk reently published a disassmbly video and compared to the 5iii there is literally no space between the main sensor and battery, that begs the question does the 10vi lack the telephoto due to new sensor or cost cutting |

But same sony found space inside 1 when phone has same height and width, but 0.1mm thicker.
Sony did not want to include inside 5v. That is beyond obvious.
Canceling the 60mm saves more money than canceling the 16mm. |

How about removing the useless 16mm?
Iphones and 5v have proven digital zoom does not make it up for it.
Quality is bad. Cropping from quadbayer is not same as cropping from bayer. |

60mm was way more useful. Also better than Qi coil. |

a little cofusion.
XQ-ES54 (PM-148x) spotted at EMVCO database is said to be xperia 1 VI
But recent FCC certification shows EX-EC72 with wireless charging capability, implying it's a flagship or at least mid-high spec model.
Does anyone know anything about this?

could be europe/usa variant x asia variant. DQ62 and DQ72 are both 1 V
