Surely it has something to do with the codes which has some connections with the flash. Like the properties when taking pictures with flash.
Could it be that? |

AF light is meant to be in document mode, the flash iso seems to vary depending on how close the object is |

You are genious, Number1. Is working now.
zirkie101, just open the zip file, inside the zip, there is a file "camdriver0.dat", open it with notepad. Find the line "#READ_REG (11) $mb 4;" and then delete " ; " and save the file.

ok. been testing the 2.86 since 1 week. I noticed it has good WB (it would be nice to lower the WB in next version, like -0.3 in 2.86 <- so pic would be darker) Also there is a major problem with the RED color in this driver. I just made a picture with my cousin in red shirt (indoor pic) and the red was glowing. I mean it looked like a MSpaint job red. Had no details at all, but a RED mass. It would be great if u'd decrease the red in ur next driver.
tested it, and pix with red cars looked... weird. too strong red.
About sharpness, 2.86 is perfect. u changed sharpness in 2.89 or its the same as 2.86?

theres a rumor, that k850i will get a major improovement in camdriver in the next fw (december-january). Photo experts reported a lot of feedback to SE developers, and they responded positively. So prepare for the ultimate camdriver |

if it will be in the FW,and not only in the camdriver, then It wont be any useful for us (K800\790 etc users).

it will be the camdriver. firmware will not impact camera, only driver. |

how do you know that?
I mean,im sure that there are parts in the firmware that refers to the camera, except from the camdriver.
