At Uni the internet speed is a bit disappointing:
...considering that this afternoon I got 1.4Mbps download using the V640i as a modem... 
Odd that the upload speed is so fast, I guess the download suffers from overuse?

browsing is normal, its just there right away.
downloading from ftp etc is great, a 600MB ISO file takes like 60 seconds!

hehe....not so lucky as some of you..got a dedicated 10 mbps line @ work... 700 mb file in ~ 15 mins...and a 2mbps line @ home...free usage for 8 hrs a day  for roughy 12 a month
