You will see the design SE patented for a swivel display in a flip phone format and it could well be what this K900I will use. Seeing as SE patented it and all. |

I don't think this will work. Manufacturing would be difficult and stability of the frame. Not to mention the moving electrical connections.

I agree with Residentevil
even the design it self seems to be future thing not to expect in the near term, hardly to be expected in 2008 if not 2009 !!
I just hope this thing will be UIQ or at least the W950+Camera version of it ( the successor to the W950i with same spec. as K900 will be much much much nice )
and before every thing, I hope it will have soon availability in Q1

seexxuyyy i'll bet this thread will be the same size as the k750 one by the time it's released. Looks like the endless chain of walkman/inovationless crap is broken. Well done I've been wanting for a swivel slider CyberShot since i upgraded my s700... All we need now are pictures.. hurry Axxxr

The only thing we are sure of is that the news as presented in the first post is a fake, because SE hasn't make any official presentation in London yesterday.
But I'm still hoping that this phone is real because specs are very interesting.

Regardless it is true or not, I think SE won't announce anything before new year. It is a bit pointless to announce anything this month since ppl is already in holiday mood and SE won't see much attention it wants. |

Telling the truth or not.. one can always be misinformed.
My point is just that people should stand back and read things through properly and make a rational decision before just blindly accepting everything as gospel.
I really am surprised that some of the more senior (experienced) members in the forum have been so easily sucked in like this.
Aaanyways.. I'm not here to flame anyone. Each to their own.. everyone needs to get their kicks one way or another. |

Which is exactly what you did in your previous sentence...
But to make this more balanced, this thread should be in the rumours section, since there is not much to verify it right now. Just the very suspiciuos unreleased press release...
