But how much are you betting the IR sensor is only short range again, of around 20cm ?

Nope. They left it out probably due to space issues.
Most probably it will bring an adapter like the W800.

I called Voda UK today and asked for asked for my free yearly upgrade. The guy said I could have another P910i, and then I asked him about the P990i and he said it was available in about 1 month, but probably not free. I will call again tomorrow to confirm and book mine now if that is the case.

I very much doubt that considering the press release said Q1 2006. Considering it takes me 15 minutes on average to get through to our Voda corporate customers service line I don't think I'll be tempted to believe much of what they say. |

I must admit, that is the best review so far, and a very detailed description.
I like the part when he/she is explaining the frustration over the 3 way jog dial. I think all the P900/910 users are going to experience this. 
Also notice, that he/she reckons there will be a version without the Qwerty which will be shother in length.
