fulat's right....call digi (if u can get thru at all  )....everything's cool bout digi cept for the customer service..they put u on hold for ages  Maxis still tops in customer service.....as i'm sure most of ya will agree!!

agree, but DIGI lately have some improvement. if compare.... it's still maxis the best.
maybe that's the reason they charge u higher or highest... u pay for the quality service!

used mobile phone for 6-7 years, and been used before celcom, timecel digi, maxis. but finally still stick with maxis. this is my 5 years with maxis. expansive or not.... been too use to it already. lolz.... nothing we can do la.... they still the best in service

fyi guys, i've been with maxis since they bloody started gsm services in good ole m'sia......way back when i wuz using the ericsson gh337.....now that's a darn cool phone....
