The rep at Sony DreamWorld said that current T610's and the early Z600's will not have the WV-soft, and can not be upgraded or flashed to have it.
Also told me that Siemens will implement the software on their phones.
Release date of the WV-soft would be round Q3 2004, so still a long way to go. Anyway, providers have to implement the software too on their networks, so knowing the speed with which our beloved providers (NOT) roll out novelties, it might take a while before we can start using it.
But seeing it work, and thinking about what the possibilities could be, I can only say one thing: WOW

yes i think i'm the only one, i at abelsco they don't have it yet, so the only way to get it is via the net. and i'm very sure, i'm the only crazy guy that pays so much for a toy

price was, incl VAT (BTW) and shipping 107euro!
i think the next thing i'll buy is a HBH-20 (i've always loved that one)
