LOL, yeah. Gucci I gotta say that I'm also intrigued by the novel see-through display that the Pureness offers; it'll catch attention in fashion-phone-conscious circles for that selling point feature alright, but I guess that's it. At an estimated 700-odd Euro's, it's pretty er... transparent (LOL) that I won't be shortlisting this handset as a back-up/secondary phone... LOL.

Hard luck to the Boks
Dups!
Cool, thanks, that makes sense. Thought they had given up on clip on cameras...
At least they'll get to release this before the LG glass phone.

You guys know what would have looked nice? If they made the Pureness with the T650 design... I think that would have looked awesome...

I'm with you 100% there JC!
The T650i is the best candybar design I have ever seen. It would've been PURE PERFECTION had they gone than route.

Hmm, wonder if Glenn 'Pigeon' McGrath's oft-publicised predictions would've imagined that one.. . LOL.

Taken from the Daily Dispatch's website today:
2009/09/05
A BHISHO department has spent more than R325000 treating 50 staffers to a three-night stay at the upmarket Wild Coast Sun – to celebrate international Secretaries’ Day.

Incredible!
Love this quote from the article:
'Denying the all-expenses-paid trip was nothing more than a “holiday”, department spokesperson Ncedo Kumbaca said the group was using the opportunity to “share ideas on how to better run the offices”.'
ROLMFAO, it reads like a typically satirical hayibo.com article.

Taken from The Register:
'HTC readies radical Touch HD revamp
New CPU, new OS
IFA HTC has drawn up plans for a significant upgrade to its Touch HD smartphone, Register Hardware has learned.
The original Touch HD – launched late last year – runs Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. But the phone firm told us that the updated version – to be called, unsurprisingly, the Touch HD 2 – will use Google’s Android OS instead.
HTC’s decision to swap to Android isn’t a great surprise, as the firm’s already shown great favour towards the OS, with releases like the T-Mobile G1, Vodafone Magic and the Hero.
However, it is odd that HTC chose not to embrace Microsoft’s inbound Windows Mobile update – version 6.5 – on the Touch HD 2.
A source familiar with HTC's plans also told Register Hardware that the Touch HD 2 will be significantly faster than the original – and faster than the vast majority of HTC handsets to date.
Most high-end HTC models currently sport run on a 528MHz Qualcomm processor, the mole said, but the Touch HD 2 will use a 628MHz Qualcomm chip. The chip isn’t clocked as high as the 800MHz processor inside Samsung’s Jet phone, but it’s a step in the right direction for HTC.
The Touch HD 2 will also feature a 3.8in touchscreen, the source said - presumably the same 480 x 800 display used in the original Touch.
A formal launch date and price for the updated HTC handset haven’t been announced.'

Wanqs
Weird HTC arent using that Snapdragon CPU yet, so they realy are more for Android than WM, or maybe they feel the Touch HD2 should be more "multimedia orientated"? Im sure Dups is gna like that one.
Gola
I got love for JT but i just cant get used to him being an actor. Couldnt they have used someone like Casey Affleck? That dudes performance in "The Assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert Ford" was brilliant, JT is just too cheesy,i cant take him seriously as an actor lol. Sounds like its going to be good though.
