@ da brixsta:
It seems to have only materialised into the Xperia X2 today, and nothing else...

@ Gucci:
Man, I'm digging that X6 a lot. The N97 Mini as well, as the added bonus of that sliding QWERTY keyboard appeals, but is no means a deal-clincher feature for me though.
What is for sure is that my next smartphone will be one of the Dark Side's touchscreen offerings.

Apparently the Xperia X2 has the same Qualcomm MSM 7200 528 MHz processor as the X1..

Good luck to Sony Ericssons Xperia X2.I hope it sells well.I still wish they had allowed the UIQ platform to evolve a bit more.Especially with all these fingertip friendly phones. Its would have been interesting to see what they could have done.Yeah well.Maybe they'll make a comeback one day and blow us all away.

Thats the only one i have, are you downloading with the built-in browser on your E66?
Kyle
Looks like NOKIA arent quite done with the N81 yet a new firmware, V22.0.002 is on its way: http://www.symbian-master.com[....]e_Update_v22.0.002_Coming_Soon
And if you cant wait for it to get on to NSU then you can get it from here: http://www.symbian-master.com[....]are_Added_To_Downloads_Section
and flash your N81 with it,personaly im going to wait for it to get on to NSU, apparently its a major update. a few other sites like iPmart also have it already lol, cant be too far away from release then, great to see this kind of support almost 2years after release.

Xperia Pureness phone, set to be launched in the coming months.

Basically an unashamedly dumb-phone/fashion phone with a very original see-through display:

Hmm... I can actually see myself with such a phone. Not bad as a fashion phone.

Seriously though, it is refreshing to see SE announcing and releasing phones within two months of announcements. If this is the new SE then there may yet be hope for them.

The X2 is just an improvement on the X1 and nothing amazing.

Nokia's X series offerings are also nothing special.

Now that I think of it the N900 is nothing to rave about. Remove the Linux Os and what do we have? At least they have all the bases covered in the processor, ram and built in memory.

I had hoped for Nokia to come up with some blockbuster but I guess as is the case these days that honour belongs to Samsung. Have to wait for their announcements.

There are also reports that HTC are about to blow everybody out of the water with their next announcements.

Personally, I can't wait seeing that I'm 3 months away from my next upgrade.
