you need either a GPRS or CSD subscription to make it work. settings depends on your SP.
this is not the correct forum for this question. please try this first.

sorry to say that we do not have the buttons yet...the buttons are separate from the front assembly.

Britri- do you change joystick of t68? Mine seems not working well. I must press hard (left and down) to function properly.
