It's a separate part that holds the Qwerty keypad that's broke and at a push could be glued, the main PCB is intact and so are all ribbons! might be a job for cnn.cn and eBay unless anyone else knows of anywhere else?

I've just stripped it down realigned everything and put it back together, it looks alot better now! could do with a barred unit for spares!
