Price for P990 will end around 1 000€ over here at the start.. somewhere around there..

what do you think it will level out at? I am hoping somewhere around $650 to $700. I hope its not much more then that. |

I think its a joke that its going to only have a 2 mega pixel camera. You would expect something more advanced than that what with how long it has taken to be released. |

This phone has a different target market, the 2 MP camera with auto-focus is still a very good feature. I do agree though that a 3.2 MP upgrade on the final release would have been a very welcome bonus, but I think SE marketing guys think it's a bad idea to compete with the new CyberShot models, that's probably why they kept the 2 MP camera for this model.

A guy from gsmarena.com says that the P990 is already out in Tehran (at least 3 shops have it!)!!

They reduce the internal memory of p990 to 60mb

o2 have now got the p990 and the w950 listed on there website as coming soon
august for p990 and september for w950 |

phone specifications have this in it:

is this just a typo or is this a preview of the flavors coming 0_o
I don't want to get one when a 991 will come a few weeks later with a 3 mp camera ..etc

I'm ex P910 user, initially wanted to get P990. But I decided that I couldn't wait till April. So I got a WM5 based device (Dopod 818 Pro to be exact) and for the past 8 months I've been enjoying this phone and my smart decision not to wait for this mysterious super duper P990.
