yes it is, but all my life never touch snow before.... 
I wish someday I will...
my country never have winter season....
it just two season, rainy and summer....
even today never felt how -7 C its like..

Yes, you must use whitebalance frequently in order to have a nice picture with real colours. Unfortunately until you make this whitebalance you have the chanse to miss your shoot because it takes 2 or 3 seconds from the point you start the camera until you manage to make this...

I test your camdriver permanently. Unhappily the hybrid modes it is unusable.(i test in medium light environment)
Please retrace hybrid ISO/SS algorithm. But EM/SEM indoor modes it is correct.
