Which manufacturer care more about their consumers in Singapore?

I wonder... NOKIA? a lot of care centre, very easy to reach them. But they dun exchange set..die die also dun exchange set. Give me a type of feeling like, if you dun our service dun buy lor.

Samsung? never been one.

SE? hm.. too small and too little but at least sometimes they do allow one to one....sometimes only lar..

what do you all think?

Heh speaking of good customer service, i dropped my phone on monday, and phone refused to boot up. then when i bring to Sony Ericsson Service Centre at Kallang Pudding, they perform a check and told me my battery is spoilt. Without asking me how whether i have misused the phone, they change a new battery for me without question!! it only took 10 mins That is what i call good customer service

Hi.. has anyone seen the HPR-20 on sale yet in Singapore? Since its so light I wouldn't mind carrying it around with my phone (unless its very bulky)

just wanna ask; how much is an HBH-30 in singapore. my brother will be there on november to interview kylie minogue on november, so i might ask him to get an hbh-30 for me. does se have a lot of stock on the hbh-30?

or better yet, anybody wanna sell me a secondhand hbh-30 or hbh-15?

I got mine from a dealer at $250. But the price outside or at se will be around $280, I think...

hi..i just upgraded my phone software to R5C001 last friday. I think not much difference with last software I have RE006, except now the message tone sounds abit louder, can add in new words into T9 dictionary, new setting in wap profiles, new mms setting and other than none... I have read some one saying that sms typing becomes faster but i dont think it has...still the same speed la... : )

Oic, but there are complains that it hangs the phone... Hmm... I think I wait for the later version... Oh one thing I found out about my T68i is that some of the themes that I download in the phone cannot work well... I don't know if it has to do with the phone...

The latest R5C/D has a lot of bugs i think.. It killed my last t68i.. Till se changed a new motherboard for me.. Now have ao old body with new parts.. Hee.. The sw is still R5E... But i am not complaining... Think it is so much stable... Dun really see any significant improvement on the recent upgrades..
