@flipperds- i got my toshiba32mb sd card for almost 5k 3mos ago. they shld be cheaper now. if im not mistaken you can already get a 64mb card for 5k now

download and install the backlight utility from palm.com. maybe you haven't noticed the quirk about the backlight yet.
and of course the BT, IR, serial T39 driver for the palm m505

the T39m driver (BT, IR, serial) is the driver you need so your phone gets "recognized" by the m505 - unless it's already installed in your pda.
got GPRS right? hehehe now you can surf/email/wap from the web. btw, I use the blazer browser. dami pang iba eh, check out mapalad.org website for more info (and the mailing list and discussion forums @ brighthand)
here's the discussion about browsers by pinoys(?) at brighthand.
download mo rin package 2 from (thanks arnoldc sa tip about package 2 and SMSing from the SW. bug in the text manager: it uses (seemingly) random names when the sender is not in the contact list) |

@gowin..whats up with the text manager?..i have it too and i only had one successful connection, and a short one at that..how do i try to reconnect? it takes forever when it retries.. help |

@GOwin: I already have the T39 setup to GPRS by following the instructions over at mapalad.org using an IR connection. I won't be needing the serial or BT. How different will those extra drivers be? Also, what's package 2? Sorry for all the questions...I'm such a newbie at this.
