Same in my country using orange. We can browse but cant download. There are some websites you can still download without no problem as mobile9 and zedge. Try those and let me know.

@ voodoo and fb, i guess it depends on your home net security, i've given voodoo wizard our sample but he said it did not work, that was, freesite+cgi+url
