I doubt it. Looks like a concept phone in the ad. I've gotten some weird stuff from the SE Developer news mailer before with content that never materialized. In addition, that headset looks very close to that of the flamingo headset (non SE headset). So keep in mind what the ad is trying to portray rather then its material content. I surmise we won't get any concrete pics of a P900 successor until it's established a market share for it first.

I agree.

On the other hand it's an interesting concept!

Since UIQ 3.0 supports both portrait and landscape mode, I guess you could use the phone like a regular phone in portrait mode (keyboard hidden), but when you open the keyboard the screen converts to landscape mode.

We already have something similar, the flip closed/open mode where screen size and contents change automatically.

Theres quite a few sites already taking preorders.

Anyone who does would be incredibly foolish.

maby not. Maby you have pre-ordered and pre-payed, and when the phone comes it will be more expensive than you payed for it in your pre-payn:D - a bit unlikely tho...

i just wish that the new PXXXX phone would just be smaller. More like those old nokia 8890s in size. Imagine having all that and say WIFI as an addition and a better battery that can at least hold on for 2-3 days. That would be good enough for me.

eeeyu.. That doesn't look a Charming Form Factor. (Esp.ly After tasting Blood with S700) I would rather see my ol /// T10s..

Speaking of Landscape and Portrait, hope they add that to QuickOffice (atleast 6 colmns for Spreadsheets).
And give some (Custom'ble) Keys, like the HomePage Button (next to CommuniCam key) could be made to call other Apps..

@sai...mapping of shortcut buttons is possible with the p910 too, through 3rd party apps..a visit to my-symbian.com should prove pretty informative
