Great News.Ufone Started Call Divert on Any number in Pakistan both for prepaid and postpaid customers.Currently its in maintenance so some errors may occour.So now you can transfer calls to any other number like ufone to warid.

as i said in the other thread..plz come to the Esato Pakistan thread...and contribute with ur valuable opinion there..cuz if u look at the Esato India thread its HUGE..and pakistan one is not so..

My dear friend,
The company has just set up and obviously it will experience some problems. Please do not post such comments as it hurts all employees belonging to Telenor and Warid who have spent days and nights in order to provide the state of the art technology to you. I suggest you be patient on this matter and InshAllah, with time, they will improve their services and wish them good luck instead of putting them to shame and pin-pointing out any one of them in a negative manner. And yes, their website was having problems and still is facing some problems. But as far as the tariff structure is concerned, it is available now and by far Warid is placing the best offer in the market. So keep on expecting more my friend and I hope one day you will become a true customer. God bless you

Dear Mr. MSheikh,
We are talking about the service a company is offering. Now that may be good or bad. and this is the place to discuss it. Sure, they would be putting in a lot of effort but that doesn't mean that their service is outstanding. They sure have the best deals in market, yet their customer service is pethetic. I am trying to dial 321 for a week now from pre-paid package and have not been able to do so. Ironically, yesterday I dialed the same number(helpline) from a post-paid package of a friend, and it got connected, wow. So u see, they do not serve the pre-paid customers. moreover, I have used their Diamond package for 4 months and service was excellent. Now I have a new pre-paid connection, and I have already mentioned the results. As far as their website is concerned, I am searching for the International Zone division for past 20 minutes for no result.
So my friend, customers always see what a company has to offer and with what quality. After all they are not providing its service for free. And no one has asked warid to lower their rates. the have done it as they want to be competitive. So Warid has to improve in a lot of areas. I am Warid user for 8 months now and have a lot to share but I think this is sufficient for everyone's information.
