To be honest, there is a method in which to take photos with the s700, you have to get the settings just right to get good results, which i personly dont like. The idea of a camerphone is being able to take "fun shots" on the move, but any shot you dont optomise on the s700 turns out blurry and the colour are all wrong, it really just depends on what you want. No doubting the pic quality though!! |

Post some indoor pics if possible.
In darker areas would give us a bigger picture. |

The quality of a picture also depends on the positioning of the camera |

Do you think the S700 pic quality is as good as a normal small digital camera? From what I've seen, I think it might be. Obviously, I won't have 2 or 3 million pixels but 1.3 is still quite big on a screen. It's the quality I want.
I use a Kyocera Finecam S3L for nights out, so maybe the S700 will take the off burden of having a digital camera on nights out?
Shak.

When photos are printed out the differences are negligble. Theonly problem is blurring in areas that arnt that bright(inside in with a lamp on,etc) I was disapointed with the quality of photos at my friends 18th birthday tho
1. It was in my friends house
2. I was far from "still" when taking photos
Sorry about the photo, its my best mate
i think this was set on incandesant-with sp and flash
obviously with night mode it would be better but lower shutterspeed = more blurring
