Erm, I'm using T630. Whenever I plug in the charger, it says "Optimized Charging" and the battery bar starts animating until it becomes full and stop moving. Is that when I should pull off the charger or should I wait till some other messages come out like "Battery Full" or something?

Whatever happened to the battery indicater for the T610. im talking about the feature you could see on the T68i which indicated the batterylife in hours and minutes... why isnt it on theT610?

@kimcheeboi yup i lose some battery life (i'm not sure how much) whenever i turn my t616 on and off. i think its because booting or rebooting the system takes up some battery life.

Actually it should happen this as when the phone reboots it measures corectly the energy left in the battery and shows adecvate. So it's normal.

With every phone I've ever had I've always waited for the phone to tell me the battery is flat before recharging it, no matter what the type of battery is. The way I see it, phones are built so that they won't run the battery into the ground, i.e. when they say it's flat, it's probably still got about 10% of total capacity left, but they don't allow to use it because that would be a "deep discharge" and cause problems.

I usually get about 4 days out of my T610, depending on how much I use it. I don't make or receive a lot of calls (maybe 10-15 minutes a day) but I do text quite a bit. I turn the phone off when I go to bed and turn it back on in the morning, so it probably runs for a good 16 hours a day. I'm happy with it

I think this guide is very nice BUT why would you expand the battery´s power? I mean it works fine until the phone is old and then you are interested in a newer one..
