USA 5G support:
http://anisimoff.org/eng/5g/spectrum/5g_usa.html
a more simplistic chart: https://www.phonearena.com/ne[....]-vs-T-Mobile-vs-World_id116781
You have frequency range 1 (FR1) that includes sub-6GHz frequency bands, which are not that far from the 2-3GHz bands used by current 4G LTE networks; and then you have frequency range 2 (FR2) that uses frequency bands above the 24GHz range and further into the extremely high range often referred to as millimeter wave range (mmWave). Put simply, FR1 are bands that can travel further and can be used for wider roll-out of the 5G network. FR2 bands, on the other hand, are extremely challenging: these bands provide immense amounts of bandwidth, but cannot travel far and hardly go through obstacles like walls.
Verizon's 5G network is based on the 28GHz and 39GHz bands, both high-frequency band in the millimeter wave (mmWave) range
AT&T is currently rolling out a 5G network based on its 39GHz band (band n260).
Sprint is using band 41 for its 5G roll-out and it is currently the only US carrier that does not use a high-frequency band, but is instead using a mid-frequency band for its 5G service.
T-Mobile is using its 600MHz spectrum on LTE Band 71, which was formerly used by channels 38 to 51 on UHF-based TVs. These are low-frequency signals that easily travel far and wide, unlike mmWave.
T-Mobile is also planning to use higher-frequency bands similar to what AT&T and Verizon use. Magenta plans to use the 28GHz and 39GHz bands for high-speed 5G transmissions.
Man I really love the styling of this Xperia 1][ ... sleek, mean, ... just proppa!
Yea I've seen those sites. ATT's main 5G is mmwave (high band) but they are also pushing out a low band (sub6) 5G network. It's rollout is coming, but even so, the sub6 bands to be supported by ATT aren't what the Xperia 1m2 support

Official vid. Look at 1:04...
UI of Cinema Pro shows 64GB, 70mm, IS064, Shutter 22.5.
Website also does not mention raw noise reduction like we see on X1 page.

I've asked for him to post a video of it in his hands, let's see if he delivers. I feel he may not, so still won't know for sure either way |

From the same guy he shot a video on the Xperia1 at 21:9 ratio. He says it was early pre-release version of the firmware

I'm curious do any of you know if the Xperia1 was ever able to shoot at 21:9? I have this phone but do not see any camera options for this super wide ratio, its crazy why (if) Sony removed it?!

10/10+ do 21:9 photos.
X1 only by screenshots.
The title mentions 8K videos.

Is it possible that Sony has variable aperture on Xperia 1 II?
If you check this video (assuming it's a real phone and part of campaign), you can clearly see both f1.8 and f2.4 (similar to S9 setup)

F2.4 is from 70mm.
The f1.8 was mistake, because sometimes it show 1.7 (official value).
