Heads up guys. The side edge of XZP is still plastic, but the top and bottom is metal this time.

too funny that the "nodars" are arguing with each other..
it would be utterly stupid to have top and bottom metal and the sides plastic. it should be a solid frame all around.

S8 vs XZP
This is the first time I have noticed a lot of support for a Sony Flagship!
Tbh, I am inloved with the S8 design but the motion camera of Sony is also stunning. |

i think the xzp's camera and display are its best features no doubt.
i think sony could have improved on the design. i think the xzp is beautiful, sure. but looking back at older designs from features phones with sony ericsson, there were some really gorgeous designs. where did those designers go? i feel like they could take some chances and create something really stunning with awesome specs.
i can't wait to see some real reviews of the xzp. my preorder is in and now the waiting game begins..

Here are a few of the resolutions and aspect ratios of the main camera in the XZ Premium. I'm sure the resolution will go lower, probably down to 2mp if needed but not 100% sure.
19mp @ 4:3 ratio
17mp @ 16:9 ratio
12mp @ 4:3 ratio
12mp @ 16:9 ratio

I really think the XZs and premium might sell well if properly marketed despite the release of the s8.
