Exynos 6 is shaping up this year, will be ready for the new S5.. whoo boy, we will see. JDI is under sonys wing, so it will be interesting if they use these and abandon TriLuminos.. |

^ Triluminos on mobile is a software feature along with a panel with slightly wider color gamut and without QD backlight. It's not the same tech used in TVs. |

nodarsixar: Why not wish for the phone to scratch your arse too? 
There are limits to how thin a phone can be when you start putting in very large sensors into phones.
Anyways, I do look forward to the day when Sony can release a phone with no flaws, minor as they may be. The Z1 is a massive step in the right direction. Very curious to see what they've got planned next. |

Yes! Z1F will have an international model! ! The same screen is IPS! CES will be available shortly after the release! 4 color retention! Z2 screen is still maintained at 1080P! Size is 5.2 inches! But the name will not Z2! ! |

Yes just as expected it won't be called Z2
2014 is another year with 1080p for phones (but not for tablets  )
What about the screen .... 5.2 IPS LCD .....if so...... how good will the IPS be is it enough to beat LG and HTC screens ??
