Perhaps they're using two different panel like the one on the z? It's prototype btw and I hope the retail version will come with a better screen |

Just want to bring this to the attention of US based users here. As an alternative to importing the Z1, Negri Electronics have the Z1(only in black) up for preorder and arrival date should be around 9/20/13. As a friendly reminder, what they sell are grey market products, so no US warranty. The good thing about Negri is that they're willing to help you claim warranty at the country of origin. As for Z the latest FW made it great both in screena and the camera.
Camera is amazing.
So Z1 will be better.

Why is it that each time there is discussion on this forum about low quality from Sony, voices like trolls and whining pussies rises? Are we only allowed to talk about how awesome and great Sony is? Ok You have it, Z1 camera is better than the Hubble Space Telescope, happy? 
As I recall Z camera was pretty average, can You show me images from Z that are amazing? |

Camera and Screen on the Z were pretty average at first but have got better and better with updates, I know someone with one and the August update made the camera even better.
I'm even considering going for the Z1 myself. |
