chris,

try using the file manager from the SE CD. if not, just hook up with your laptop via IR then use the 'send file' utility of windows

@chris, just connect your P800 via the cradle, IR or BT... then just drag and drop your documents into the mem stick.

something weird happened to me after the my software upgrade. before i restored my backup files, i checked to see if i got all the upgrades that were available which was the
Organizer R1G
CDA R2A
Everything was there so i proceeded with the restoration. after restoring my files and turning the power on i noticed that the CDA software was back to R1B. I tried holding down the power button for 10 secs just to check if it would go back again to R2A but its still R1B. Very fraustrating talaga. And to think I had no plans of upgrading my software today kasi the last yesterday when i checked smartnets thread minor upgrade was only available and that was for the CDA only. When i checked this morning i was surprised that there was also an upgrade available for the organizer too. what you guys think? should i go for a master reset? kasi the people in semicon told me not to do that when i brought my unit for replacement because vital softwares might get erased which would cause the unit to crash.

did you experience @mcruz's experience that his firmware reverted when he restored his data?

To all who downloaded starbucks' coffee connection: There is no way you can get that MMS message for now. But don't worry, you can have your 20 bucks' worth of coffee. Starbucks will now honor the SMS message you got from 0123456789. Just present the SMS. If for some reasons the barista will deny you your coffee, tell him or her that there was a Globe Advisory dated 2/17/2003.

@Lopio:

How is the GPRS signal in Cebu, bay. Maayo ra ba? Daghan na ba kamo nga naka-P800 diha? If Cebu is alright, then I believe Negros Oriental would also be fine. Right? Just asking, in case I go home to Negros I would still be able to do "GPRS".
