There are no HSDPA cards per se. A 3G card is required to surf at HSDPA speeds provided that your network supports HSDPA. Some networks don't even require a 3G card to give access to 3G/HSDPA...they can provide this with a plain old GSM card.

My W910i restarted again today for no reason at all. Was not even using the phone was just sittin on my bench and i happend to see it do it
I had to re set my theme again as well as stated in an earlier post.
So the restart bug still remains by the sounds of things.

the random restart issue had nth to do with the firmware, its the FS.i owned this phone for almost a month and i haven't experienced any random restarts.
Anyway nice update this time by SE.its great except for the media manager glitch in landscape mode.sound quality had been improved too.
Well done SE |

3G works only with UMTS(2Mbps) service not with HSDPA(10Mbps)

Hi all.
I've been following this thread for quite some while, but only registerd recentley. I gave in, and flashed my phone to the new firmware (was branded Vodafone UK R1DA038).
However, I've seemed to have lost HSDPA in the connectivity settings. Can only see GSM/3G option now. Weird.
The phones performance has increased alot. And seems alot more smoother. |

Yeah thats very strange too as I just got another replacement Handset and this has the latest FW R1EA030 but this time I dont see the HSDPA menu in mobile networks all I see is the GSM/ GSM,3G.
Can anyone explain this to us?
Also I used to see the lettel G/E icon up in the top left corrner even when the H was displayed and I did not actually need to be on wap it was always there either G or E but now nothing. Its only there when I send or receive a pic message or if i'm browseing the internet.
Any ideas??????
