how?

i've expressed its not legal sw, but i have also expressed that it is for eval purposes only. ie your allowed it for a maximum of 24 hours. what users choose to do after that time is up to them.

as for the links!? well.. what else was i to do?

Some swedish guy have made datafiles for TOMTOM of most of the speedcams in sweden. It can be downloaded at http://www.poidatabase.se/ladda_GPS.htm

It's not a subscription and doesn't cost money. And as far as I know it's totaly legal. He has made Points of Intrests of every cam and you can set at what range you want to get an alarm about it.

has anyone noticed the movement of the map as you drive is a bit jerky...even with all apps closed. I thought the P990i had a decent processor in it!

even if i remove all POI's it's still not a fluid update of the map

i had tomtom on the P910i and it was extremely smooth at updating the screen

sorry to keep bugging people but could someone who knows please elaborate on how tomtom searches for postcodes and how you can get it to select which postcodes to use for each map.

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me if it's possible to have a bluetooth GPS and headset connected at the same time? Also what happens when a call comes in? Does TOM TOM close whilst on the call?
