Yep, phone up and say you've seen a better deal and ask if they can match it or better it. They'll try and get you onto an 18month contract, say no thanks! Stay on a 12 month contract and see what they offer you. Good luck. |

Just a quick question if I may to those lucky people with there K800's. Is the phone much bigger then the K750I? How much better is the screen then the K750I's?

Has anyone been on the 02 site and checked their order...so far "Order sent to warehouse for packing and shipping" is ticked, but nothing else! "In stock" is NOT ticked...so that better change soon  |

Under the 'order line status' on mine it has a run down of things like '3g sim card' and 'handset number' all three say: Deprovisioning Failed - anyone else got this?
I was quoted 1-2 day delivery, not looking hopeful at the moment, and even though i know nothing will happen tonight as they are closed, im not hopeful that it will change tommorrow.

How do you check?
I ordered mine on the 21st but have not had a order confirmation email. luckily i printed the receipt when i ordered it |

The K800 is a little larger than the K750 but I don't think you will notice this before a side-by-side comparison.

Bit odd that they never mentioned a 3G SIM to me .. my current one sure isn't, I've had it years. |

Click "my details", then "my account and online services" and then under "order" you'll find the option to "view delivery and order details" HTH
I'm in the same boat as others here....pre-ordered from o2 website and it's still showing out of stock and deprovisioning failed. I've emailed them but I go away on Saturday and don't want it arriving while I'm away |

i've just logged on to my o2 account, followed the instructions on the previous message.. but see no option to check the state of my order...very strange!!!!
