Well Owen is out for good i do not care what people say scan or no scan tomorrow he is a goner.

No way he will play again that is cruciate ligament damage at the worst and a twisted knee at the best, weeks on the sideline.

SWEDEN 2 - 2 ENGLAND

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/[....]all/world_cup_2006/4853282.stm

"England have still not beaten Sweden since 1968 but, as group winners, they will be happier to be facing Ecuador and not Germany in the Round of 16. Sweden's performance in the second half here, however, should give them confidence ahead of their meeting with the hosts."

==

PARAGUAY 2 - 0 TRINIDAD & TOBAGO

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/[....]all/world_cup_2006/4853292.stm

"Paraguay collected their first result of Germany 2006 in their final match leaving them in third place in the Group B table behind England and Sweden. Trinidad and Tobago, meanwhile, can feel a little frustrated not to have gained a share of the spoils, especially for their attacking second half performance. The Caribbean nation, however, should be proud of their contribution to their first FIFA World Cup."

FINAL GROUP 'B'

Team - Points

1. England.......................7
2. Sweden.......................5
3. Paraguay.....................3
4. Trinidad & Tobago.........1

I think Gerrard just have started the match, and Beckham should have played in the center with Lennon on the right wing to compliment Joe Cole on the left which would of left us with rapid movement up front... Wilcott should have come on instead of Crouch, as he really needs a game.

At the moment, I don't see why Wilcott is even on the team, surely if there was ever a chance for him to play it would of been yesterday when we were playing a no lose match.
Oh my god! a wooden goat!.

i fully agree wilcot shoudl of been brought on - it was a bliatent publicity stunt in putting him in the team if you ask me coz now we have to possibly rely on someone who weve never seen play at international level there was a perfect oppertunity to give him a run last night but nooooooooo.... sven woould sooner wait till a later stage and run teh rick then.... he may be amazing, he may play crap... we shoudl of seen him last night.. Thats the hammer sven - build even more pressure on the young lad

And how the heck did they lose last night (gotta be teh first time i ever felt any passion for England) and in all fairness they were not up to scratch (but as peopel have said - theyre top and through) thats all that matters
