@vivftp
That sounds fine, thanks viv.
But I am wondering why sony is only releasing phones with S800 and S400 SoC. please, Could you ask to zomg if sony will use the S600 Soc, or Are they going to use the previous Z series (ZL,Z,ZR) as Mid-High end phones... Thank you
I'd say SD600 is pretty high end still, and i think Sony haven't bought any SD600. |

I think I've already seen a comment about that mentioning something like that there won't be any Sony with S600.

^Yes, though I don't remember if it's ramu or someone quoted zomg. But I know that he, whoever said it, said that there will never be a S600 for 2013. Indeed, there were no S600 device, but who knows for 2014.

Stop this bullshit.
SD600 (APQ8064T) is just a f**kin modified version of S4 Pro (APQ8064) chip (that's mean no modem integrated), nothing more and it aged now even for mid-end product.
Latest SD400 chipset should have close or equal performance (Based on upgraded Krait 300 hardware) and overall better efficiency with newer LTE integrated modem.

I thought the 600 also features krait300? but has 4 cores instead of 2 like in the SD400. As for the 400, not all variants features the krait 300 core, some have krait 200 and not 300. Perhaps the absence of the a cellular modem as you mention, is why sony didn't choose the 600 over the 400? Probably cost might be another factor as well? Just posting what is on the qualcomm site, nothing more.
http://www.qualcomm.com/snapdragon/processors/400
http://www.qualcomm.com/snapdragon/processors/600
Quad ARM® Cortex™ A7 CPU at up to 1.6GHz per core
Dual core Krait 300 CPU at up to 1.7GHz per core
Dual core Krait 200 CPU at up to 1.2GHz per core
LP-DDR2 and LP-DDR3 memory for high performance and low latency
Then there is the GPU, with the 600 featuring the faster 320 vs 305/306

For a long run support, not everyone can/will do a customized software at it own risk.
I think Sony keen to avoid a tragedy case of Xperia S, that didn't have essential driver support long enough.
Performance is key to considers but not everything.

You think Sony give OIS in Z2/Z3 (flagship 2H2014)? |

^Just my educated guess here, I don't see any possibility of an OIS in Z2/3 or whatever else comes in 2014.
Why?
OIS would very likely result in a bigger camera modul, Sony won't do a omnibalance design with a hump. Another reason is in video mode Steady Shot works very well, so OIS would be more or less useless. Only thing OIS could improve would be lowlight, but Sony's approach would be a slightly bigger sensor for example.
At least zomg was talking about that and early rumors from Ramu also mentioned 1/2 inch prototypes, so this will be the way to go.
OIS is not always good, if there are some movements in the picture, it will cause blurriness. Reviews of the G2 also reported that in images in stills caused some blurr. A faster lens, sensor with higher sensitivity and/or bigger sensor would be better in such cases.

They need to fix the goddamn auto-focus.
My Z1 Compact often takes far too long to search for focus, while the iPhone I have access to is much quicker.
There is also the issue that he iPhone takes much more accurate pictures in low-light. Yes the pictures have much, MUCH more noise, but the colour is closer to what my eyes can see.
Also Manual mode needs to have a few more options and the controls should be much more immediate, I don't like having to search through menus to change the ISO or metering.
EDIT:
Also, Sony can just make the overall phone thicker and add more curves for ergonomics. Sony have no problem with having their phones be 8 or 9+mm thick. Heck the Z1 compact is 9.6mm thick, which isn't exactly what you'd consider obese for a phone.
Also, the LG G2 manages to fit an OIS module into a relatively thin body. And the blur is probably due to poor software, which keeps the shutter open too long and over-exposes the image, in brighter conditions. In low-light, a combination of a bigger sensor and OIS, would be incomparable.
Also, while Steady Shot is good, in Video mode, it crops the image and decreases the natural field of view. OIS would ensure that this isn't required, while also providing excellent stabilisation.

I don't have idea about implemented OIS in Sony devices right now, maybe it not worthwhile if Nokia didn't give other manufacturers licenses out the advanced 3-axis OIS. (plus if they would allow Sony someday I would like to see include of Scalado camera techniques as well).
2-axis OIS not very useful as advertise, that's why G2 (quoted as main selling point) is already down in miserable and rearrange G3 schedule up in May. And they add more value by change it name to OIS Plus, that's kinda funny as hell.
.........
waterproof antenna is thicker than usually hardware one, The Z, Z1 and Z Ultra is probably used one of most advanced antenna to date (my assume), recently I read that Samsung is already order waterproof antenna for their upcoming devices as well (maybe Galaxy S5 Active).

I wonder why he changed his mind. Maybe he decided he didn't want to spoil all of Sonys surprises?
I suppose it's also possible something in the video might have helped to identify him or the person who gave him the phone, so he had to remove it, lol
EDIT.
Ahh, iRimas updated his XDA post to say the video is now coming soon
