fully dark room took the pic with
flash + macro and the iso100 ev 0 ( could be better if I change the ev )

darkmagician i see what your saying, but for my shot of the bear, the room wasnt fully dark for mine, if i would have took the flash off then i would have got noise in the pic

In some pictures posted by other users we can see that with documet settings k850 produces qiute nice details (but in that case too should be better the details), and the colours become really vivid with twilight portrait settings (and remember the one of the strongest features of Sony's Cybershot cameras is the vivid -in some case even unrealistic- colors).
SO the k850 would produce accectable details and colours, the fault is in the software and not the hardware.
I checked Exif data, and in indoor pictures, with bad lighting conditions k850 uses often 1/8 sec. exposre time. But below 1/60, or 1/32 pictures easily become blurry, because every minor motion can affect the picture. I don't know how much can help in this case the picture stabiliser...
