Day4 without my N81 and im surviving lol, partly cause ive been in and out the house a lot so havent gotten time to actualy miss it,but its given me time to use my K850 loads more and 1st of all discover the excellent battery life this thing has, eg. Got up this morning at 10am took it of the charger, got on to mxit, and played music on it, later went to family lunch at my cousins place, took quite a few pics, id say 8-10, then after getting back at around 4 i started web browsing, listening to music and loggd on to mxit, since then upto now, put off the music at around 7 though, anyway its still got 56% batt left, and its batt meter is very accurate, unlike NOKIA's which may sometimes go from 5bars to one in a second, another is the screen which is so bright and crystal clear, you would swear it was a higher res than 240x320, colour reproduction is on par, even better than my N81, maybe due to the smaller physical size of it in K850, its also very ledgible under direct sunlight, unlike my N81, i wish Nokia used displays like this, theyre freakin brilliant anyway expecting the Nokia dudes to phone tomorrow or some time this coming week to give the verdict lol, if they replace it i wonder what they'll give me, i wouldnt mind the 8gig N81 at all
Kyle
I used the official UCWEB6.3 which was released some time last week, it was posted at Pro,allowed me to view Facebook the fullsite, and the Esato forums, not the front homepage though.
Wanqa, thats one sweet looking Hilux boet funny enough i saw a '98 Range Rover Vogue with similar colour and rims on the N3 today that Hilux looks better though.

Ok just read GSMARENA's review on the 5800 and by page 4 I can tell that this phone just aint for me.Good luck Rhino on making your choice.

Well, i am thinking that the 5800xm will be my next phone. Regardless what others say, remember when i got my HTC, a lot of people had many complaints and i am more than happy, so i guess ill take the jump and get the 5800 anyway, and see if its any good.

Go for it Rhino. The Guy at Vodacom4U highly rates it and says in his shop its flying off the shelves.Nokia have done a really smart thing with keeping the price low.On my contract,Business Call the 5800 has a pay-in of R299,00 and the Sony Ericsson X1 has a pay-in of R2700.00.I dont want the phone finance with the X1 which is R132/month so Ive got to find a spare R2700,00 lying around somewhere lol

Anybody ever had a cracked Lcd outside the manufacturer's warranty but within Vodacom's 2 year warranty?

My mother's phone fell and cracked the lcd, everything is working just fine. Reading up on the manufacturer's warranty clause states it as not covered so I was wondering if anything can be done before buying her a new phone cause she says she likes this phone.

Thanks!
