Dude I dont know how you can manage with 64Kb I know you say it sounds like 128Kb in ATRAC..but anything less than 192Kbps is a downer for me, what headphones you running that you cant seem to notice the difference in sound?

I know what u mean themarques, i too at 1st set it up at 128KB... coz i want quality... but for my broda he hasnt bought himself a Pro Duo yet, so he is stuck with a 128MB MS.. so i decided to set him up with a 64KB atrac... but then when i try to compare the same music at the same time and listening individually, i cant seem to hear any difference.. to be accurate there is a slight 2% difference but u barely notice it... Im using a B&O (Bang&Olufsen) headphones... if u ask me, its by far the best headphones in the world.. hehe..

This may not make sense but you know when you download a psp game and it is so many rar files
Then you extract the .00 or .01 and it creates another file (iso)
Then when you extract that file you end up with a .bin file and a psp_game folder
How do you make the psp_game and .bin into the iso again before it was extracted
I hope this makes sense
When i downloaded puzzle bobble i tried putting it on my psp with the psp_game folder and .bin which didnt work but i tried putting it in without extracting and it did
All my psp games are saved on my psp as the psp_game folder and .bin file so i need to make them into the single iso again

Do you still have the original rar files? Are you using your Mac or PC to un-rar them?
I use UnRarX on my Mac and it keeps the ISO file, it doesn't extract that any further.
I'm not sure about making the ISO file again from the psp_game and .bin. I just tried Toast on my Mac, but the resulting ISO didn't load. Must be some custom format.

I use my pc with winrar, as i had to download the games using my pc from the ftp were i got them from, my mac wasnt compatible.
Basically i extracted the 01 rar file to begin with which obviously created the iso (i didnt know that was the iso at the time)
I then extracted that which left the .bin file and the psp_game folder
I only found out that i shouldnt have extracted the iso when i tried to load the psp_folder and .bin file for puzzle bobble and it didnt work
I then tried just the iso without extracting it and it worked
Stupidly i now have psp_game folders and .bin files for around 35 psp games but there not going to work just like puzzle bobble
So i need to get them back as an iso before i extracted them
DOH!!!
I hope that makes sense to you guys

Check out the new PSP firmware tricker, makes your PSP think it is running 1.00, 1.50, 1.51, 1.52 and 2.00......
You can download it from>>
http://files.pspupdates.com/cgi-bin...0,0,0,0,21,1154
Think it will only work on PSP's with the 1.50 firmware! atleast you will be able t buy games and not worry about the game installing the latest firmware!
