is it true that smartnet will not honor the warranty of the t39 bought from the smart talk & text? if yes, why so? some say its because the units are old stock? but i believe that has nothing to do with coz the warranty should start from the date of purchase. i hope smartnt can clarify this. |

I got 2 mc's upgraded at sony-ericsson north edsa free of charge yesterday. The latest version is r7a013 which comes in two language packs, Chinese (the one with inconsistent font sizes) and Bahasa (the one without wuziqi).
I just wanted the users to know that its free of charge and the employees were as polite as the people at smartnet and semicon sm manila.

would it be possible for me to bring my p800 over for cleaning? need to get rid of a nasty dust particle under the screen. i thought it was a dead pixel at first but it turned out to be just dust. im gonna buy a screen protector after i get rid of the dust.
