if you had a Super Enourmous Xylophone, would it have more keys than normal? or would it have the same amount of keys but wider? but if it had more keys, then it couldn't be called a xylophone, right? but then again, if it had the same keys + extra keys, then it could be called a Xylophone because it has the keys that an instrument has to be able to be called a Xylophone. now, lets say it had the same keys, and the same amount of keys as an ordinary xylophone. would it still be called a xylophone, because would anyone be able to play it? or doesn;t an instrument have to be playable to be called it's name? no normal person would be able to play it because if the keys were 'Super Enourmous' then you couldn't reach from one end of the xylophone to the other. you also wouldn't be able to play it because no normal beaters would work. you would need beaters which are bigger. their size would be increased using the same scale as which the Super Enourmous Xylophone was increased. yes? yes, i thought so. so, you would need Super Enourmous Beaters too, yes? good. that's cleared that up then. now, anyone for a coffee?
